Shipping Policy
We use Fedex priority overnight shipping for all our animals. We will only ship if the temperatures are safe to ensure the safe departure and arrival of your new friend. Shipping cost will vary depending on location. Here at Raptors and Friends we will always ensure that each and every animal is healthy and eating prior to shipping.
Raptors and Friends will not ship if temperature is too cold or too hot. Weather will be checked to verify that each animal will have safe travels. Raptors and Friends also offers live arrival guarantee. All animals must be picked up within an hour of delivery or guarantee will become null and void. If any animal is DOA video proof must be sent via email for a refund.

Return & Exchange Policy
Raptors and Friends offers returns or exchanges on merchandise and clothing due to damage or incorrect size. We do not offer returns on any animals at this time. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we do want to make it right. Please don't hesitate to reach out to us if something is wrong with your new friend. We want you to shop with confidence knowing your new friend is our top priority and we will always ensure each animal leaves our facility in great health.
